In order to suit application, these units are fabricated as fully GMP stainless steel double and triple walled construction. In addition, we also manufacture vertical autoclaves with other configurations, which includes stainless steel inner and exterior made of Mild Steel(MS).

- Timer starts automatically as soon as the set temperature is attained & stops the cycle automatically as soon the time is over
- The steam is to be released manually
- Pt-100 sensor, enabling precise and accurate monitoring in 0.1°C resolution and ±1°c accuracy
- Low water cut off device with alarm facility for safety of heater
- End of the cycle buzzer to alert the user
- Miniature Circuit Breaker for MAINS On/Off plus safety of control panel
- Solenoid Valve for automatic purging and exhaust (as per user requirement)
